Many buildings within College and University campuses are used for commercial seminars and conferences, and other functions, and student accommodation used to house delegates. This qualifies as service provision under the DDA.

In addition, educational requirements of disabled students are addressed in the Special Educational Needs & Disability Act 2001. This applies to over 16 and under 16 years of age education.
