Training Centres & Offices - Access Audits and Consultancy

Dual consideration is required, firstly in regard to visiting public, and secondly those employed within the buildings.

Part 3 of the DDA considers the first aspect as service provision. Part 2 of the DDA and Employment Regulations 1996, with the need to address general common areas so as not to prevent a disabled person being considered for employment, but requiring consideration of special need in the actual working areas, as and when necessary.
